📌 Use this article to make a deposit on your Betify account. It shows you how to choose a payment method, enter an amount, complete your payment, and check that your deposit has arrived. This article is for all Betify players.
What do I need before I make a deposit?
Before you make a deposit on Betify, check these 3 points:
The payment method is in your own name. This applies to every payment method. You cannot deposit with a payment method that belongs to someone else.
You do not need a verified account to deposit. You can deposit and play without account verification. Verification is only required before you request a withdrawal. See How do I verify my account?
You always deposit from your Betify account. Use the Deposit tab of your Wallet. Never send money directly to Betify outside the deposit page: money sent this way may not be credited to your account.
Which payment methods can I use to deposit?
Betify accepts these types of payment methods for deposits:
Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Apple Pay
Bank transfers
E-wallets
Vouchers, which are prepaid codes such as Paysafecard or Flexepin
Cryptocurrencies
The Deposit tab of your Wallet only shows the payment methods available in your country. If a payment method is not shown, it is not available for your account. Use one of the methods shown instead.
Using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) does not change the payment methods available to you. Available methods are based on your country of residence, not on the location shown by a VPN.
Cash payments are not accepted.
How much can I deposit?
The minimum deposit on Betify is €20, or the equivalent in your currency. Some payment methods have a different minimum.
The maximum deposit depends on your payment method and your country.
The minimum and maximum for your payment method are shown under the Deposit Amount field before you confirm your deposit.
How do I make a deposit?
To make a deposit on your Betify account:
1 - Select Deposit at the top right of the page.
2 - Your Wallet opens on the Deposit tab.
3 - Under Top payment methods or All payment methods, select your payment method.
4 - Select one of the suggested amounts, or enter your amount in the Deposit Amount field.
5 - If you want a bonus, choose it in the Choose a bonus list, or select I have a promocode to enter a promo code. To deposit without a bonus, leave Play without bonus selected.
Before you choose a bonus or enter a promo code, read the conditions of the promotion. For some promotions, the promo code cannot be entered on the Deposit tab. In this case, contact us via Live chat, available 24/7, or at [email protected] to have your bonus credited.
6 - Select Deposit.
7 - Complete your payment. The next step depends on your payment method. See the sections below for card and cryptocurrency deposits. For other methods, follow the instructions on the payment page that opens.
How do I pay by card?
When you select Deposit with a bank card, a secure payment page opens in a new window. It shows the amount of your deposit and your deposit reference.
To complete your card deposit:
Enter your card number.
Enter the expiry date of your card (MM/YY).
Enter your CVV, the security code on the back of your card.
Select the pay button.
How do I pay with cryptocurrency?
When you select Deposit with a cryptocurrency, an Awaiting Payment window opens. It shows the exact amount of cryptocurrency to send (with its value in euros), your deposit address, a QR code, and the network to use.
To complete your cryptocurrency deposit:
Copy your deposit address with the copy icon, or scan the QR code with your crypto wallet app.
Send the exact amount of cryptocurrency shown in the window.
Use the network shown in the window, for example TRC20 for USDT.
Select Ok.
How do I know my deposit has arrived?
To check your deposit, select Deposit at the top right of the page, then select the History tab. Each deposit is shown with its amount, date, payment method, ID and status:
Complete: your deposit has been credited to your Betify balance. The money is available straight away.
Pending: your deposit is still being processed, or the payment was not completed.
Declined: the payment failed and Betify did not receive the money.
A deposit appears in your History as soon as you select Deposit, even if you did not finish paying. If you did not complete the payment, the deposit stays Pending and no money is taken from your account.
Can I withdraw my deposit straight away?
You need to wager the full amount of every deposit at least once before you can withdraw it. Your bets must total at least the amount you deposited. For example, if you deposit €200, your bets must total at least €200 before you can withdraw. A single bet of €10 is not enough.
This rule also applies when you deposit to get a freebet with a promo code. The freebet is separate from your deposit, and your deposit must still be wagered in full before you can withdraw.
What can stop my deposit?
A deposit on Betify cannot go through in these situations:
The payment method is not in your name. Use a payment method in your own name.
The amount is below the minimum or above the maximum. Check the limits shown under the Deposit Amount field.
The payment method is not shown in the Deposit tab. This method is not available in your country. Use one of the methods shown.
Your bank or payment provider declined the payment. Your deposit shows as Declined, and in most cases you are not charged. If an amount appears on your bank account, it is a temporary reservation, released within 72 hours.
