📌 Use this article to deposit and withdraw with cryptocurrency (crypto) on your Betify account. It shows you which cryptos and networks you can use, how to send a crypto deposit, how to request a crypto withdrawal, and how to track your transaction. This article is for all Betify players, including players who have never used crypto before.
Which cryptocurrencies can I use on Betify?
The main cryptocurrencies accepted on Betify are:
Bitcoin (BTC)
Ethereum (ETH)
Litecoin (LTC)
Tron (TRX)
Tether (USDT), on the TRC20 network
USD Coin (USDC), on the ERC20 network
Binance Pay, to pay from your Binance account
This list shows the main cryptocurrencies only. The full list of cryptocurrencies you can use is shown in the Deposit and Withdraw tabs of your Betify Wallet.
What is a crypto network, and why does it matter?
A crypto network is the blockchain your cryptocurrency travels on. The same cryptocurrency can exist on several networks. For example, USDT exists on the TRC20 network (Tron) and on the ERC20 network (Ethereum).
When you send a crypto deposit on Betify, you must use the network shown in the Awaiting Payment window. For example, for USDT, the window shows "Please use the TRC20 Network to make the deposit".
The table below shows the network to use for each cryptocurrency on Betify.

How do I make a crypto deposit?
To make a crypto deposit on your Betify account:
Select Deposit at the top right of the page.
Your Wallet opens on the Deposit tab. Under All payment methods, select your cryptocurrency.
Select one of the suggested amounts, or enter your amount in euros in the Deposit Amount field. The minimum deposit is €20.
Select Deposit. An Awaiting Payment window opens.
The Awaiting Payment window shows the exact amount of cryptocurrency to send, its approximate value in euros, your deposit address, a QR code, and the network to use. To complete your crypto deposit:
Open your crypto wallet app.
Copy your Betify deposit address with the copy icon, or scan the QR code with your crypto wallet app.
Check that you are sending on the network shown in the window.
Send the exact amount of cryptocurrency shown in the window.
Select Ok in the Awaiting Payment window.
A crypto deposit is credited to your Betify balance within 1 hour. You can follow its status in the History tab of your Wallet.
How do I deposit with Binance Pay?
Binance Pay lets you pay a Betify deposit directly from your Binance account. To deposit with Binance Pay:
In the Deposit tab of your Wallet, select Binance Pay.
Enter your amount in euros in the Deposit Amount field, then select Deposit. A Binance Pay payment page opens in a new window. It shows the amount to pay in cryptocurrency and a countdown: you must pay before the countdown ends.
Open the Binance app on your phone.
Scan the QR code with the scanner at the top right of the Binance app. If you do not have the Binance app, select Continue in browser.
Choose the Binance wallet to pay from (Funding or Spot). Make sure it holds enough money.
Confirm the payment in Binance.
What happens if I make a mistake with my crypto deposit?
Check the network, the address and the amount carefully before you send a crypto deposit. A crypto deposit that does not match the Awaiting Payment window cannot be credited automatically.
Your transaction is not confirmed yet: wait until the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, then check your Betify History again.
You sent on the wrong network: the funds are on a network Betify does not process. Recovering them depends on our payment provider and is not guaranteed, and a recovery fee may apply.
You sent to an address that is not linked to your Betify account: for example another person's address or an exchange address. Betify cannot recover funds sent to a third party.
You sent an amount below the minimum deposit: the deposit is not credited automatically. It can be credited after confirmation by our payment provider, minus network fees where they apply.

your transaction hash (TXID)
the network you used
the cryptocurrency and the amount you sent
We will check your transaction with our payment provider and confirm the outcome by email.
How do I make a crypto withdrawal?
You can withdraw in crypto on Betify if you deposited in crypto. If you deposited by card or bank transfer and also in crypto, your first withdrawal is made by bank transfer. After that, you can choose bank transfer or crypto for your next withdrawals.
To request a crypto withdrawal:
Select Deposit at the top right of the page, then select the Withdraw tab.
Under All payment methods, select your cryptocurrency.
In the Amount field, enter how much you want to withdraw. The minimum withdrawal is €50.
In the EWallet Number field, enter the address of your crypto wallet. The wallet must be in your own name.
Check that your crypto wallet address is on the network used by this cryptocurrency on Betify (see the table above).
Select Withdraw.

How do I track my crypto transaction?
You can follow a crypto transaction on a blockchain explorer, a public website that shows every transaction on a network. To track your transaction, you need its transaction hash (also called TXID), a long code that identifies your transaction on the blockchain.
Paste your transaction hash into the search bar of the explorer that matches your network. The table below shows which explorer to use for each network.
