How do I request a withdrawal?

Withdraw money from your Betify account: what you need first, the steps to request a withdrawal, and how to cancel one.

Written by Laetitia

📌 Use this article to request a withdrawal from your Betify account. It shows you how to check that you can withdraw, choose your withdrawal method, send your request, and cancel it if you change your mind. This article is for Betify players.

What do I need before I request a withdrawal?

Before you request a withdrawal on Betify, your account must meet 3 conditions:

  • Your account is verified. Account verification (also called KYC, for Know Your Customer) must be completed before any withdrawal.

  • Every deposit has been wagered at least once. The total of your bets must reach at least the amount you deposited. For example, if you deposited €100, your bets must total at least €100. A single small bet is not enough.

  • The payment method is in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a payment method that belongs to someone else.

Important: requesting a withdrawal cancels any active bonus on your Betify account, including a bonus you have not finished or not started playing.

Which withdrawal method can I use?

Your withdrawal method on Betify depends on how you deposited and on your country. The Withdraw tab of your Wallet only shows the methods available to you. If a method is not shown, it is not available for your account. It cannot be added on request, because payment methods are set by the regulations of each country.

The table below shows which withdrawal method matches each deposit method on Betify.

How do I request a withdrawal?

To request a withdrawal from your Betify account:

1 - Select Deposit at the top right of the page.

2 - Your Wallet opens. Select the Withdraw tab.

3- Under All payment methods, select your withdrawal method.

4 - In the Amount field, enter how much you want to withdraw. The minimum withdrawal on Betify is €50. The amount you can withdraw is shown under Available for Withdrawal.

5 - Enter the destination details for your withdrawal method:

  • Bank transfer: your IBAN, in the IBAN field. See "How do I enter my IBAN for a bank transfer withdrawal?" below.

  • E-wallet, such as MiFinity: your e-wallet account or email address, in the Destination Account or Email Address field.

  • Cryptocurrency: your cryptocurrency wallet address, in the EWallet Number field.

6 - Select Withdraw.

Your withdrawal request is now sent. It shows as Pending in the History tab of your Wallet.

How do I enter my IBAN for a bank transfer withdrawal?

When you select Bank transfer in the Withdraw tab of your Betify Wallet, enter your IBAN in the IBAN field.

For your IBAN to be accepted:

  • use capital letters only

  • remove all spaces, including at the start and at the end

  • do not add special characters or punctuation

If you see an "Invalid IBAN" or "Illegal characters" error, check these points and enter your IBAN again.

Can I use a different IBAN for my withdrawal?

Only one IBAN can be registered on your Betify account at a time, and bank transfer withdrawals are only sent to that registered IBAN. The IBAN must be in your own name.

If you request a withdrawal to a new or different IBAN, this bank account must be verified before your withdrawal is processed. You will receive an email with a secure verification link.

Your registered IBAN is not shown in your transaction history.

Is there a limit on how much I can withdraw?

Withdrawals from a Betify account are limited per day, per week and per month. For most players, the withdrawal limits are:

  • €1,500 per day

  • €2,500 per week (Monday to Sunday)

  • €10,000 per month (calendar month)

Higher VIP levels have higher withdrawal limits.

The daily withdrawal limit covers all your withdrawal requests of the day combined. The day resets at 23:59 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). To withdraw more than your daily limit, split the amount over several days, within your weekly and monthly limits.

You can have up to 3 withdrawal requests pending at the same time. Cancelled withdrawals do not count towards your limits.

The Withdraw tab may show a higher maximum amount, set by the payment provider. Your Betify withdrawal limits always apply.

What happens after I request a withdrawal?

As soon as you request a withdrawal, the amount is removed from your Betify balance. This is normal: the amount is set aside while your withdrawal is reviewed.

Your withdrawal shows as Pending in the History tab of your Wallet. You receive an email when your withdrawal is validated.

To find out how long each step of a withdrawal takes, see : How long does a withdrawal take?

How do I cancel a withdrawal?

You can cancel a withdrawal yourself as long as it has not been processed yet:

1 - Select Deposit at the top right of the page.

2 - Select the History tab.

3 - Find the withdrawal and select Cancel.

The amount of a cancelled withdrawal returns to your Betify balance. Once a withdrawal has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled. Betify support cannot cancel a withdrawal for you.

What can stop my withdrawal?

A withdrawal on Betify cannot go through in these situations:

  • Your account is not verified. Complete account verification before requesting a withdrawal.

  • Your deposits have not been wagered at least once in full. The withdrawal is cancelled. Place bets until they total at least the amount deposited, then send a new withdrawal request.

  • The amount is below €50. Request at least €50.

  • The amount is above your remaining daily, weekly or monthly limit. Request a smaller amount, or wait for your limit to reset.

  • You already have 3 withdrawals pending. Wait for one to be completed, or cancel one.

  • The method you want is not shown in the Withdraw tab. This method is not available for your account. Use one of the methods shown.
