Which Betify account details can I change myself?
The only detail you can change yourself on your Betify account is your password. To change any other personal detail, contact us through Live chat (available 24/7) or by email at [email protected]. When you ask us to change a personal detail, always tell us the reason for the change.
How do I change my Betify password?

How do I change my name or date of birth on Betify?
To change your name, surname or date of birth on your Betify account, contact us and upload an identity document showing the correct information in the Verification tab of your Betify account. We correct your details based on this document, then check your Betify account verification again.
We can correct, for example:
A spelling mistake or a missing accent in your name
A maiden name or married name
A day and month swapped in your date of birth
We can only change your name or date of birth to the information shown on your identity document.
How do I change my country on Betify?
If you moved to another country, contact us and send a proof of address for your new country. We update your country, then check your Betify account verification again.
When your country changes, the Betify services and payment methods available to you may also change.
How do I change my address on Betify?
Your postal address is updated automatically on your Betify account when you complete account verification, based on the proof of address you upload. Once your Betify account is verified, you don't need to ask us to change your address.
How do I change my phone number on Betify?
To change the phone number on your Betify account, contact us. We'll ask you a few questions about your Betify account to confirm that you are the account owner, then update your phone number in the same conversation.
How do I change the email address of my Betify account?
To change the email address of your Betify account, contact us. Before we change your email address, you need to:
Answer a few questions about your Betify account.
Complete a liveness check: a short face scan done with your phone or computer camera, which confirms that you are the account owner. We send you the link.
Tell us the reason for the change.
Once your identity is confirmed, we change your email address and let you know in the conversation. You won't receive a confirmation email.
If you also want to remove two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Betify account, we can't do both at the same time. We change your email address first, then remove 2FA after 24 hours.
If we can't confirm your identity, we can't change your email address. In this case, contact us from the email address currently linked to your Betify account.
How do I change my IBAN on Betify?
Your IBAN is the bank account number we use to send your withdrawals by bank transfer. To change your IBAN, contact us: we send you a secure link by email to verify your new IBAN. The link is valid for 48 hours.
The name on your bank account must match the name on your Betify account.
