How do I reset my Betify password?
To reset your Betify password, use the Forgot password? link on the Betify login page.
Open the Betify login page.
Select Forgot password? below the security check box.
Enter the email address linked to your Betify account.
Open the password reset email sent to that email address, and select the link in the email.
On the page that opens, enter your new password, then enter it a second time to confirm it.
Once your new password is confirmed, you can log in to your Betify account with it.
What to do if the "Forgot password?" link doesn't let you reset your password?
If you don't receive the Betify password reset email after using Forgot password?, first check the spam or junk folder of the email address linked to your Betify account.
If the password reset email is not in your spam or junk folder either, you can ask for a new password in Live chat.
How do I get a new Betify password through Live chat?
To get a new Betify password through Live chat:
Open Live chat.
Tell us that you forgot your password.
Give the email address linked to your Betify account.
What happens next depends on whether your Betify account is verified.
If your Betify account is verified
If your Betify account is verified, you receive an email with a link to complete a liveness check. A liveness check is a short face scan done with your phone or computer camera, which confirms that you are the owner of the account.
If your Betify account is not verified
If your Betify account is not verified, send a selfie and a photo of your identity card in Live chat. Once we have received them, you receive an email with your new password.
When will I receive my new password email?
After you ask for a new password in Live chat, you receive an email at the address linked to your Betify account, usually within 5 minutes.
If the new password email has not arrived after 5 minutes, check the spam or junk folder of your email address. If the email is not there either, contact us again in Live chat.
After you get a new Betify password
After you reset your Betify password or receive a new one, update the password saved in your browser or on your device. If your browser still has your old Betify password saved, it may fill in the old password automatically and your login will fail.
