Wait until all your sports bets are settled. You cannot close your Betify account while you have pending or open sports bets.

When does my Betify account reopen after a break?
Your Betify account reopens automatically at the end of the break duration you chose. You don't need to do anything: as soon as the break ends, you can log in to your Betify account again. You won't receive an email when your Betify account reopens.
Can I reopen my Betify account before the end of my break?
You cannot reopen your Betify account before the end of the break duration you chose. The break duration is final: it cannot be shortened, cancelled or interrupted, whatever the reason. Choose your break duration carefully before selecting it.
How do I reopen my Betify account after an indefinite closure?
A Betify account closed indefinitely does not reopen automatically. To reopen your Betify account, contact us through Live chat (available 24/7) or by email at [email protected] and ask for your account to be reactivated.
Our support team reviews your reactivation request, and your Betify account reopens only once the request is approved. You receive an email when your Betify account has been reactivated. You can then log in to your Betify account again.
Can I delete my Betify account?
