📌 Use this article to verify your Betify account. It shows you which documents to prepare, how to upload them, and how long verification takes. Account verification is required before you can request a withdrawal. This article is for all Betify players.
What do I need to verify my account?
To verify your Betify account, you need 3 elements:
An accepted identity document, such as a passport or a national ID card.
A liveness check, a face scan you do with the camera of your phone or computer.
An accepted proof of address, such as a bank statement or a utility bill.
Have your identity document and proof of address ready before you start.
Which identity documents are accepted?
The table below shows the identity documents accepted for Betify account verification, and the countries where each one is accepted.

Driver's licence | Only Canada, Brazil, USA, Australia, Ireland, Sweden and New Zealand |

Your identity document must be:
the original document, not a photocopy or a scan
clearly readable, not blurry
shown with all 4 corners visible
valid for at least 1 more month: expired documents, and documents expiring within 1 month, are not accepted
If you do not have one of these documents in valid form, your Betify account cannot be verified until you provide one.
Which proof of address documents are accepted?
These documents are accepted as proof of address for Betify account verification:
Bank statement
RIB (bank account details document), only if a date is visible
Utility bill (electricity, gas, water, internet, phone)
Payslip
Rental contract, only if government-issued
Official tax document
Police-issued document
Your proof of address must be:
the original document, not edited or modified in any way
clearly readable, with no part cut off
dated within the last 3 months
in your name, matching the name on your Betify account
Screenshots are accepted. A document showing several names is accepted if your name is one of them.
These documents are not accepted as proof of address:
handwritten documents
documents issued by third parties
documents older than 3 months
sworn statements
documents issued by NU Bank (for players in Brazil)
How do I upload my documents to verify my account?
To verify your Betify account:
1 -Select the profile icon at the top right of the page.
2 - In the menu, select Verification.
3 - On the Verification page, select Continue.
4 - Read the consent window, then select Agree and continue.
5 - Upload your identity document, following the instructions on screen.
6 - Complete the liveness check : scan your face with your camera, following the instructions on screen.
7 - Upload your proof of address, following the instructions on screen.
While your documents are being reviewed, your Account status on the Verification page shows Pending.
Documents for Betify account verification can only be uploaded on the Verification page. They cannot be sent through Live chat or by email.
Is the verification page safe?
Betify account verification is carried out by our identity verification partner. The verification page may show a company name other than Betify: this is normal. The page is safe to use when you open it from the Verification page of your Betify account.
How long does account verification take?
Betify account verification takes up to 1 hour once you have uploaded your identity document, completed the liveness check and uploaded your proof of address.
What do I do if my document does not upload?
A document does not upload on the Betify Verification page when:
it does not meet the conditions listed above, or
it is not one of the accepted identity or proof of address documents.
Check your document against the lists above, then upload it again on the Verification page.
Why was my document not accepted?
A document is not accepted for Betify account verification for these reasons:
Identity document: it is a photocopy or a scan, it is blurry, one or more corners are cut off or hidden, or it is expired or expires within 1 month.
Proof of address: it is older than 3 months or has no visible date, your name is missing or does not match your account name, part of it is cut off or unreadable, it has been edited, or it is not an accepted type.
To complete your verification, upload a new document that meets the conditions on the Verification page.
Why can't my account be verified?
Betify account verification cannot be completed if your personal information is already linked to another Betify account. In this case, contact us via Live chat, available 24/7, and we will review your account with you.
