When is a Betify sports bet normally settled?
A Betify sports bet is normally settled automatically as soon as the official result of the event is published. If your bet wins, your winnings are credited to your Betify balance with no action needed from you. Most bets are settled shortly after the event ends.
Until it is settled, your sports bet appears in the Open tab of My Bets.
Why is my sports bet still pending after the match ended?
Your Betify sports bet can stay pending longer than usual in the following cases:
The official result is delayed: Betify settles a bet only once the official result is announced by the competition organiser. If the result is disputed or announced late, your bet stays pending until it is confirmed. This is normal and does not mean there is an error.
An integrity review is in progress: in rare cases, Betify can pause payouts on an event while checking for match manipulation or automated betting. Bets affected by an integrity review can stay pending for up to 31 days. This does not apply to ordinary winning bets.
Can my settled sports bet change after it is settled?
A settled Betify sports bet becomes final 72 hours after settlement. During these 72 hours, Betify can correct the result in case of a human error, a system error or a mistake by the official results source.
What should I do if my sports bet is still pending?
