Where do I find my sports bets on Betify?
Your sports bets are in the My Bets section of Betify:
Open the side menu.
Select Sports.
Select My bets.
You can also open My Bets from the sports section, with the betslip icon in the top navigation bar.
What do the tabs in My Bets show?
The My Bets section on Betify sorts your sports bets into the following tabs:
Bonuses: freebets and bonuses ready to activate
All: your full sports betting history
Open: your open and pending bets
Won: your settled winning bets
Lost: your settled losing bets
Cashed Out: your bets settled with Cash Out
Cancelled: your cancelled bets
Refund: your refunded bets
Where do I find my sports bet ID?
Your sports bet ID is shown in My Bets, in the details of each bet, next to Ticket ID. It is a long number below the event details. To copy your sports bet ID, select the copy icon next to it.
How do I ask Betify to check a specific sports bet?
To ask us to check a specific sports bet, contact us through Live chat (available 24/7) or by email at [email protected], and give us the bet ID. Our support team uses the bet ID to find the exact bet and look into your request.
A sports bet ID always refers to a bet you have already placed. The following are not bet IDs and are not in My Bets:
A support ticket number
A bonus or promotion request number
A payment or transaction reference
A booking code, which is a short code created when you save a selection before placing it
What should I do if my sports bet is not showing?
If a sports bet you placed is not showing on Betify, for example a live bet that no longer appears in live betting, this is usually a temporary display problem. Your bet is still valid and is settled normally once the event ends.
To fix the display problem:
Wait a few moments: the display usually updates on its own.
Clear your browser cookies and cache, then log in again.
