📌 Use this article to find the round ID of a casino bet in your Betify game history, and send it to us if you want a specific round checked. The round ID is also called the bet ID. This article is for players with a Betify account.
Where do I find my casino round ID?
Your casino round IDs are in the Game History of your Betify account:
Select the profile icon at the top right of the Betify page.
Select Game History.
Choose the Dates and the Period you want to see.
Find the casino bet you are looking for. Each line shows the game name, the date and time, and the round ID next to ID.
What does each line of my casino game history show?
Each line of your Betify game history shows one casino bet or one casino win:
Bet: the amount you bet, deducted from your balance.
Win: the amount you won on that round. For a lost round, the win shows zero.
Each bet and each win has its own ID. Each line also shows your Real Balance and your Bonus Balance after that bet or win.
Why is my casino bet not in my game history yet?
A casino bet can take a short time to appear in your Betify game history, especially for live casino games such as blackjack or roulette. A win can also appear after more recent bets are already listed.
This does not mean your bet or your win is lost.
If the winnings from a casino bet have not been credited to your balance, wait 1 hour for your game history to update.
How do I ask Betify to check a specific casino round?
To ask us to check a specific casino round, contact us through Live chat (available 24/7) or by email at [email protected], and give us:
The round ID of the bet
A short description of the problem & screenshot if necessary
Our support team uses the round ID to check exactly what happened on that round.
If you can't find the round ID, give us the game name, the date and time of the round, and the amount you bet.
Can I replay a casino round?
You cannot replay or rewatch a past casino round on Betify. Betify has no replay feature, and a round ID cannot be used to watch a replay.
Some games have their own in-game history, which you can open directly from the game.
To check what happened on a past round, use your Game History on Betify.
