📌 Use this article to understand how your Betify balance changes when you play casino games, and why your balance can look lower than expected or a win can be missing. This article covers your balance during casino play only, not deposits, withdrawals or bonus funds.
When is my bet deducted from my casino balance?
Your casino bet is deducted from your Betify balance as soon as you place it, before the result of the round is known. The amount deducted is the total bet shown on screen when you place the bet. This applies to all casino games on Betify.
If your Betify balance looks lower right after you place a bet, this is the bet you placed, not a missing amount.
When are my casino winnings added to my balance?
Your casino winnings are added to your Betify balance when the round is settled. Settlement is not always immediate: a win shown in the game can take some time to appear on your balance. If your winnings have not been credited, wait 1 hour for your game history to update.
If you lose the round, nothing else is deducted: your bet was already deducted when you placed it.
Example of a casino round on your balance
This example shows how your Betify balance changes during one casino round:
Your balance is €30. You place a €10 bet.
As soon as you place the bet, your balance shows €20.
If you win €25, your balance shows €45 once the round is settled.
If you lose, your balance stays at €20.
Why did my balance change when I switched casino games?
When you switch from one casino game to another, your Betify balance can take a moment to update on screen. Refresh the game or the page to see your up-to-date balance. Switching games only affects the display: your actual Betify balance does not change.
Where can I check my casino bets and wins?
Every casino bet and every casino win is listed in the Game History of your Betify account, each with its own ID. To find out how, read How do I find my casino round ID?
