Why is my sports bet refused or limited on Betify?
Your Betify sports bet can be refused or limited for two different reasons:
The maximum stake on a selection is reached: the limit applies to one selection or market only.
A sports betting restriction applies to your account: the limit applies to all sports bets on your account.
In both cases, you can still use the rest of Betify.
What is a maximum stake on a selection?
Each selection or market on Betify has a maximum stake. If you reach the maximum stake on a selection, you cannot bet more on that selection. This limit applies only to that selection: you can keep placing bets on other selections and markets with no limit.
Why are all my sports bets limited?
If you can't place sports bets on Betify, or your stakes are much lower on all sports markets, a sports betting restriction applies to your account. This restriction is set by Betify's sports betting provider, which reviews betting activity independently. It only affects sports betting: you can still use the rest of Betify.
The sports betting provider reviews accounts regularly and can lift or change the restriction over time.
