What is Betify cashback?
Betify cashback refunds part of your net losses from the previous week. Your cashback is credited automatically every Monday, with no action needed from you. Your cashback percentage depends on your VIP level.
When is my Betify cashback credited?
Your Betify cashback is credited automatically every Monday between 10:00 and 12:00 (UTC+2). Before 12:00 on Monday, your cashback may not be visible yet on your Betify account: crediting is still in progress. You don't need to claim or request your cashback.
Who can get Betify cashback?
All active Betify players at VIP Level 1 or above can get cashback. Your Betify account must be active both during the week the cashback is calculated on and on the Monday it is credited. Cashback is not credited to a closed account.

How is my Betify cashback calculated?
Your Betify cashback is calculated on your net losses from the previous week, from Monday 00:01 to Sunday 23:59. Only your activity during this week counts.
Your cashback is calculated as follows:
--> (Deposits − withdrawals, including pending withdrawals − open bets − balance) × your VIP cashback percentage
Your cashback is based on your net losses, not on the total amount you bet. If you bet a large amount but finished the week close to even, you have little or no net loss, and therefore little or no cashback. Your cashback amount cannot be calculated or previewed before it is credited on Monday.
Why does my Betify cashback show 0.00?
During the week, the cashback amount shown on your Betify account is only a preview based on the current week. Every Sunday at 23:59, when the week ends, this preview resets to 0.00 as a new week starts.
If you saw a cashback amount on Sunday evening and see 0.00 the next day, this is the normal reset. Your cashback has not been lost or cancelled: your cashback for the finished week is credited on Monday between 10:00 and 12:00 (UTC+2).
Why didn't I receive Betify cashback this week?
You don't receive Betify cashback for a week in the following cases:
It is Monday before 12:00 (UTC+2): crediting is still in progress.
You had no net loss over the week.
Your calculated cashback is below the minimum amount: €0.20, $0.20, CA$0.20 or R$1.
Your Betify account was closed during the week or on the Monday of crediting.
You are below VIP Level 1.
Can I withdraw my Betify cashback?
Betify cashback is credited as real balance, not as a bonus. It has no bonus conditions and does not expire like a bonus. Like deposited money, your cashback must be bet at least once before you can withdraw it.
Where do I find my Betify cashback?
Your Betify cashback is in the Cash Back tile at the top of the side menu.
The Cash Back page shows your current cashback balance, a countdown to your next cashback and your cashback history. It also has an information tab that explains how cashback works and shows the cashback percentage for each VIP level.
