What are Bytes?
Bytes are Betify's loyalty points. You earn Bytes by playing on Betify, and you exchange your Bytes for rewards in the Betify Prize Shop. Bytes have a green logo.
How do I earn Bytes?
You earn Bytes through your activity on Betify:
Playing casino games and placing sports bets
Making deposits
Taking part in tournaments
Completing Daily Missions and Trophies
Spinning the Wheel of Legends
Moving up VIP levels
How do I read my Byte balance?
Your Byte balance is updated in real time. Bytes do not expire and are not reset every month: your Bytes stay on your Betify account until you use them.
Your Byte balance can show decimals, for example 74,4568. The part after the comma is a decimal, not thousands. Only the whole number can be used in the Prize Shop: with a balance of 74,4568, you can use 74 Bytes.
Where do I find the Prize Shop?
The Betify Prize Shop is in the same place on the Betify website and on the Betify app:
Open the side menu.
Go to Promotions.
Select Prize Shop.
What can I get with my Bytes in the Prize Shop?
In the Betify Prize Shop, you can exchange your Bytes for three types of rewards:

For example, with a €5 cash casino bonus, you need to bet €5 on casino games.
Once the wagering requirement is completed, your remaining balance, including your winnings, is transferred to your real balance and becomes withdrawable. There is no maximum withdrawal limit on Prize Shop cash casino bonus winnings.

What is a mystery box?
A mystery box in the Betify Prize Shop contains a random prize. The table below shows the five mystery boxes available, their cost in Bytes and the range of the prize inside.
Bytes | Prize range |
750 | €1 to €5 |
1,500 | €5 to €10 |
3,000 | €10 to €25 |
6,500 | €25 to €50 |
13,000 | €50 to €100 |
The prize in a mystery box follows the conditions of the reward it contains: a cash casino bonus or free spins.
Why do I only see one bonus after buying several in the Prize Shop?
You can buy several rewards in the Betify Prize Shop, but only one bonus can be active at a time. When you buy several cash casino bonuses:
The Bytes for all the bonuses are deducted when you buy them.
Only one bonus is active on your balance.
The other bonuses wait in your bonus history. They are not activated automatically.
For example, if you buy three €100 cash casino bonuses, you see €100 on your balance, not €300. Your other two bonuses are not lost. Once the active bonus is fully played, activate the next bonus manually from your bonus history.
Can I convert a Prize Shop cash casino bonus into a free bet?
You cannot convert a Prize Shop cash casino bonus into a free bet. Prize Shop cash casino bonuses can only be used in the Betify casino.
