My deposited funds don't appear in my account?

We aim to provide a seamless deposit experience for our players. However, there may be reasons why it is not credited immediately:

  • Exited transaction early: If you exited the transaction process before the approval window opened, the deposit may not have been completed.

  • No confirmation with 3D code: In some cases, you might not receive confirmation with the 3D code, which is essential for the transaction to be processed.

  • Slow internet connection: A slow internet connection can sometimes result in transaction delays or blockages.

  • Card provider approval: Your card provider may not have accepted the transaction for various reasons.

  • Payment limits reached: If you've reached your payment limits, this could prevent the deposit from going through.

Please be aware that if any of the above scenarios occur, there's a possibility that the transaction could be deducted from your bank account but not credited to your Betify account. In such cases, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank statement: Examine your bank statement to confirm if the transaction was deducted. If it was, make sure to highlight the specific transaction in question.

  2. Contact our support: Reach out to our support team, providing them with the bank statement and the ID of the deposit in question. You can find this ID in the transaction history.

  3. Escalation to the payment department: Our dedicated support agent will escalate the issue to our payment department for investigation.

Rest assured, we prioritize resolving such issues promptly. If the funds are not automatically returned to your bank within 72 hours, our team will work diligently to ensure your deposit is credited as soon as possible.
