Withdrawal status explained:

Pending status:

When your withdrawal is marked as pending, it means you've requested it, and there's still time to change your mind. Typically, this status lasts for about 2 working days, but there might be occasional delays. (You can still cancel the pending request)

Processing:

When your withdrawal is in processing, we are in the midst of transferring your funds, and you can't cancel it anymore. Processing times can vary from a few minutes to up to 3 hours, though delays can occur. (You can't cancel the processing request)

Processing (Interac):

For Interac withdrawals in processing, we've approved the payment from our end, and now it's your turn. Interac will send you a code to the email or telephone number linked to your Interac account. You must use this code to accept the payment. If you don't do this within 1 week, the payment will be automatically cancelled, and your balance will be returned. (You can't cancel the processing request)

Complete:

When your withdrawal reaches the complete status, we've approved it, but your bank still needs to do its part, which can take up to 5 days. Please refer to the second date in the "Finance" section for the date we approved the withdrawal. It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If it takes longer, and it's been more than 5 days, please create a support ticket and attach a PDF bank statement as proof.

Cancelled:

If your withdrawal status is cancelled, it means either you or we cancelled it for various reasons. You can find more details by contacting our support and they will provide you with an explanation.

How to cancel a withdrawal:

If you've decided to cancel a withdrawal, follow these simple steps to do it:

Step 1: Log in to your account on betify.com.
Step 2: Navigate to the deposit menu.
Step 3: From the deposit menu, select "History." This is where you can view your transaction history.
Step 4: In the transaction history, find the withdrawal you want to cancel.
Step 5: Look for the "Cancel" button, usually located near the transaction details. Click on it to initiate the cancellation process.
Step 7: Once the cancellation is confirmed, your withdrawal request will be cancelled, and the funds will be returned to your account balance.

Please note that the ability to cancel a withdrawal may be available only during the "pending" status, which typically lasts for about 2 working days. Once the withdrawal status changes to "processing" or "complete," you won't be able to cancel it anymore.
