1. Send required documents
Before you begin, make sure you have the following documents ready:
Proof of identity: You can use either an ID card or a Passport.
Selfie: You'll need to capture a clear selfie of yourself using our secure live camera system.
Proof of address: We accept various documents such as utility bills (electricity, gas, water, internet, or landline telephone bills), bank statements (please note that online bank statements are not accepted), IBAN (if the date is indicated), documents issued by the government, letters from public authorities, or recognized officials.
These documents can be in either paper or digital (PDF) format.
They must include your name, full address, and display the document's date.
Documents must not be more than 90 days old.
Your selfie should be bright and clear.
Ensure that all corners of the documents are visible in the copies you provide.
2. Access your account settings

Within your account settings, locate and click on the "Verification" tab. This is where you'll initiate the account verification process.
4. Choose your country
You'll be asked to choose your country of residence. Please select the appropriate country of residence from the provided list.
5. Wait for verification
After submitting your documents, our system will review them. Account verification usually takes a few minutes. If any of the documents submitted are invalid, our support team will contact you within 24 hours.
