Understanding Cashout:

Cashout is a feature that allows you to secure a return on your bet before the event is settled. It's available on selected events and markets, both Pre-Match and Live, for both simple and multiple bets.

If you decide to use Cashout (when available), it's as simple as visiting the 'My Bets' section of our website and clicking the Cashout option. The Cashout amount will be immediately credited to your account. Importantly, once a bet is cashed out, the final result of the event becomes irrelevant.

Reasons for unavailability:

However, there are situations where Cashout may not be an option for your bet. Here are some common reasons:

  1. Postponement or Suspension: If the market or event on which you've placed your bet is postponed or suspended, Cashout may not be available until the event is resolved or resumed.

  2. Time Delay: A time delay is applied to every Cashout attempt. If the market or event is suspended or odds are modified during this delay, the Cashout attempt may not be successful.

  3. Excessive Matches: If your bet slip includes an excessive number of matches that are yet to be played, it might not be eligible for Cashout.

Cashout value variations:

It's important to note that your Cashout value may vary from your initial stake based on the performance of your bet. It can be higher or lower, allowing you to secure a profit or reduce a potential loss.
